Here you will find concise answers on technology, equipment and current conditions for your event at the Parkhotel Hirschwang.
Our largest seminar room is E.05 with an area of 196.21 m². It is not only suitable for conferences, but also ideal for anniversaries, lectures or larger parties.
Room E.02 (approx. 60 m²) or room 2.01 (just under 40 m²) are ideal for smaller groups – they offer a concentrated, pleasant working atmosphere for workshops and meetings.
In addition to the standard technology described above (projector or monitor, W-LAN, 1 flip chart), we also take care of the basic supplies for your participants directly in the seminar room:
– Rax spring water (discontinued)
– One name badge, notepad and ballpoint pen per person
– A small sweet (“Zuckerl”) to welcome you
Additional services such as additional flip charts, copies or special technical additions may incur separate costs.
Yes. Our meeting rooms are technically equipped so that teleconferences and streaming formats can be implemented without any problems.
If you also have special requirements for your digital event, SV-wtu Premium Event Services is a professional technology partner who can implement individual solutions – including complex streaming setups.
Due to extensive renovation work, the Parkhotel Hirschwang has temporarily relocated to the Breitenstein annex (Hauptstraße 69, 2673 Breitenstein) since 1 October 2025.
Seminar operations will continue there without restriction: you will meet in a quiet environment while our main building is being extensively modernized. The reopening is probably planned for spring 2027.
This depends on the choice of room. In order to meet different presentation requirements, we distinguish between two categories of image technology:
1. High-tech monitors (98 inches)
Three of our seminar rooms – including rooms E.01 and E.03 – have large 98-inch monitors. They ensure razor-sharp images without the need to darken the room.
2. Classic projection with projector
In rooms E.02, E.05, U.01 and U.02 we work with a screen and projector. In room E.02, for example, a laser projector with high resolution (1920×1200 pixels) is used – ideal for professional presentations.
We rely on technology that works reliably in everyday seminar life. Our standard equipment is already included in all seminar rooms:
