Physical and mental stress has increased significantly in recent years. The Chamber of Labor of Lower Austria has therefore created its own Vital Academy and is there to help people in the best possible way.
With our seminar series “AK-Vital – The Life Force of AK Lower Austria” we offer many different seminars and workshops. From musical workshops (for kids & teens) to days of silence. From Qi Gong to yoga and yoga meets Pilates. At AK-Vital there is an offer for everyone. And all combined with relaxation in our dependance Parkhotel in Breitenstein!

Offer & Course Dates
There will be another extensive program in 2026. Most seminars and workshops are two-day events, always held on weekends, and take place at the Parkhotel branch in Breitenstein. Accommodations and meals are already included in the course fees, which start at 339 euros for AK Niederösterreich members.
