We are currently looking for—already for our new hotel
While our ****hotel in Reichenau an der Rax is undergoing a complete renovation and modernization, we are currently based at the Parkhotel annex in Breitenstein.
We’re already expanding our kitchen staff so that we can hit the ground running at the new hotel with a stronger team.
Starting in the spring of 2027, we will be moving back into our new hotel in Reichnau an der Rax.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assistance with menu design
- Preparation of the Dishes
- Breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner menus or buffets, seminar snacks, event menus (events, weddings, dinners, etc.), and à la carte
- Garnishing and Plating the Dishes
- Quality Control
- HACCP Knowledge
- Mise en Place
WE WISH FOR
Completed culinary training, the ability to handle pressure, a passion for the profession and attention to detail, strong technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills, a calm and methodical work style, polite and friendly manners, good German language skills, flexibility and a team-oriented attitude, as well as a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

- Assisting the head chef in setting up the new kitchen structure
- Managing the kitchen during daily operations and in the chef’s absence
- Organizing a clean and seamless service process
- Helping to design the menu, processes, and kitchen organization
- Guidance and Professional Development of the Kitchen Team
- Ensuring product quality, inventory management, and hygiene
