Here, team building is offered in a playful form and the connecting is brought into a light form. A traincentive combines the most important parts of a team training with those of an incentive. This creates a perfect opportunity to use both and get the optimal added value out of it. We start with solution-oriented exercises on the floor, where fear of contact is reduced and trust is built up. After that, it goes up into the airy heights among the treetops, where the themes of collaboration and communication take center stage.
