NEW PROGRAM <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>With the exceptionally lifelike portrayal of Detective Inspector Trautmann, chamber actor Wolfgang B\u00f6ck has made a piece of domestic TV history. A film character that has not lost any of its incredible popularity even after numerous reruns. The Vienna police even respectfully appointed the audience favorite as an &#8216;honorary commission member&#8217;.  <\/p>\n<p>However, the new stage program &#8216;Trautmann lacht&#8217; is meant to prove that daily police work is not only about murder, robbery, and other heinous crimes. In fact, funny anecdotes, some written by great humorists, demonstrate on the one hand the occasionally warm-hearted way the officers handle curious incidents, and on the other hand that law enforcement officers do not forbid themselves from laughing on duty and can sometimes even laugh heartily at themselves with a wink of the eye. <\/p>\n<p>Wolfgang B\u00f6ck has spent months compiling stories and anecdotes that not only guarantee 70 minutes of hearty laughter, but also offer a brief but extremely interesting glimpse into the history of law enforcement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Biography Kammerschauspieler Wolfgang B\u00f6ck<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Born in Linz on January 14, 1953, he received his first theater engagement in Bregenz. After numerous roles in his hometown of Linz, he subsequently performed, among others, in Vienna at the Volkstheater and the Josefstadt, at the Schauspielhaus Z\u00fcrich, at the Renaissance Theater in Berlin, at the Graz Opera House, and at the Salzburg Festival. Together with his colleague Adi Hirschal, he conceived &#8220;Die Strizzilieder,&#8221; a musical journey through the suburbs of Vienna.  <\/p>\n<p>He became known throughout Austria primarily through the ORF series &#8220;Kaiserm\u00fchlen Blues,&#8221; where he played the policeman Trautmann. After the series ended, Trautmann was transferred, and his own TV series titled &#8220;Trautmann&#8221; began. Furthermore, Wolfgang B\u00f6ck appeared in the highly successful sitcom &#8220;MA 2412&#8221; as Senior Councilor and in Germany&#8217;s most-watched series &#8220;Um Himmels Willen&#8221; as Auxiliary Bishop Landkammer.   <\/p>\n<p>In 2003, he was given the artistic direction of the Burgenland Castle Games in Kobersdorf. In the very first season, the average number of visitors was doubled. Since then, ticket sales have been excellent every year.  <\/p>\n<p>In 2005, 2007, and 2009, the actor was awarded the coveted audience prize &#8220;Romy&#8221; as Best TV Series Actor\/Actor.
