Physical and mental stress has increased significantly in recent years. The Chamber of Labor of Lower Austria has therefore created its own Vital Academy and is there to help people in the best possible way.<\/p>\n

With our seminar series “AK-Vital – The Life Force of AK Lower Austria” we offer many different seminars and workshops. From musical workshops (for kids & teens) to days of silence. From Qi Gong to yoga and yoga meets Pilates. At AK-Vital there is an offer for everyone. And all combined with relaxation in our dependance Parkhotel in Breitenstein!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>

There will once again be an extensive program in 2026. Most of the seminars and workshops will be held over two days, always at weekends, and will take place at the Parkhotel annex in Breitenstein. Overnight stay as well as food supply are already contained in the course costs starting from 339 euro for AK Lower Austria members in each case.<\/p>\n
